Working in collaboration with Seaboard Design and Dash Construct, Prince introduces a refined contemporary edge to its coastal Hampton setting.

A restrained material palette defines the interior, with desaturated blond timbers wrapping the primary living zones to establish warmth and continuity throughout. Stone is used selectively and with intent, allowing the timber to remain the dominant element while still providing moments of contrast and durability where required.

Carefully positioned skylights and openings draw natural light deep into the plan, softening the material palette and enhancing the sense of space across the open living areas. The result is a calm, cohesive interior that balances coastal softness with a more resolved, architectural clarity.
