An exciting residential collaboration between Fenn Projects (Builder), Karavasil Architects (Architect) and Studio Welgus (Interiors).

The project explores a restrained and materially driven interior, where warm timber joinery and expressive natural stone are used to establish a clear and cohesive language throughout. Key elements such as the kitchen and integrated living zones are treated as anchored moments within a broader, pared-back framework.

Joinery is resolved as continuous architectural planes, concealing function and reinforcing a sense of order, while subtle detailing and alignment allow the spaces to read with clarity and calm. Large openings and carefully considered glazing draw natural light deep into the plan, softening the material palette and enhancing the connection to landscape.
